A pack of cards containing 36 individual exercises that require no equipment or experience what so ever. The exercise is conducted by using your own body weight as resistance, and can be completed in the comfort of your own living room.
Each card contains written and picture descriptions, 3 work out levels and parts of the body it targets. To use the cards simply shuffle the deck, pick a random selection of cards and presto – you have an instance home workout.
Kettlebell exercise training cards
A pack of cards containing 36 kettlebell exercises suitable for all levels. You chose the weight of the Kettlebell. As a guide we recommend 2-5kg for beginners, 6-8km for intermediate and 9kg+ for advanced.
