Pocket Fit – Kettlebell exercise training cards
A pack of cards containing 36 kettlebell exercises suitable for all levels. You chose the weight of the Kettlebell. As a guide we recommend 2-5kg for beginners, 6-8kg for intermediate and 9kg+ for advanced.
Each exercise card contains written and picture descriptions, 3 work out levels and parts of the body it targets. To use the cards simply shuffle the deck, pick a random selection of cards and presto – you have an instance home workout. (Kettlebell not included)
